How to check your Emirates ID Application status online

The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) in the UAE provides an ID Card Status e-service for individuals to track the progress of their Emirates ID application online.

This includes renewal, replacement or new emirates ID enrollment.

Emirates ID is the national identity card of the UAE issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. It is mandatory for all UAE citizens and residents. 

ICA usually sends notification through SMS whenever the Emirates ID is ready or in case of any required clarifications or modification to the application. But if you wanna track the progress and see the current status of your Emirates ID, you can conveniently check it online.

To check your Emirates ID application status, go to 

https://www.ica.gov.ae/en/services/e-services/id-card-status.aspx

You will need your PRAN which is the application number found on the registration form.

For renewal or replacement service types, you can also put in your Emirates ID Number if you don't have the application number. 

The Applicant Information as well as the Application History Log will be displayed.
